- Coordinate and dispatch vehicles, managing schedules and routes to enhance logistical efficiency.
- Oversee all aspects of transportation operations, including compliance, cost management, and staff coordination.
- Manage the company’s fleet, ensuring maintenance schedules are followed and vehicles are in peak operating condition.
