- Assist in various warehouse activities including inventory management, order picking, and shipping to ensure operational efficiency.
- Lead daily warehouse operations, supervise team performance, and ensure adherence to safety and productivity standards.
- Manage and optimize warehouse operations, including staffing, training, and implementation of process improvements.
- Operate forklifts safely to transport, stack, and retrieve supplies and merchandise within the warehouse.
- Accurately pick items from inventory and pack them securely for shipping to ensure order fulfillment.
- Handle the loading and unloading of goods at the warehouse dock, coordinating with logistics to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Drive non-CDL trucks to deliver goods locally, ensuring timely and safe transportation of products.
- Operate Class A trucks over long distances, adhering to all transportation laws and maintaining detailed driving logs.
- Supervise a team of drivers, optimizing routes and schedules while ensuring compliance with delivery deadlines and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and dispatch vehicles, managing schedules and routes to enhance logistical efficiency.
- Oversee all aspects of transportation operations, including compliance, cost management, and staff coordination.
- Manage the company’s fleet, ensuring maintenance schedules are followed and vehicles are in peak operating condition.
