As of my 2010 summer (17 years old) I challenged myself with a summer job, as a regular cook I worked myself up to the head cook during that summer. I was responsible for the house innovatory, ordering, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, observing and consulting in recipe changes, aiding in management focusing and being part of a team leader.
Clients are always surprised in my simplicity, research and quality. In my experience, the main challenge lies within new discovery of hidden information found by analyzing the problem as a whole. Metaphorically, this process is just like a puzzle board, but with missing pieces that only connect with its surrounding pieces. This approach enables a detailed viewed of missing points of views, helping clients in a simplistic product.
As a certified nursing assistant, I have learned to work, work to live and live to do. Through-out my experience I have learned how to help others in the most efficient and effective ways possible, regardless of stress, as example; I have been able to find new techniques in calming patients when others can’t. It has been a great opportunity to provide a positive impact to the lives of residents and patients whom I serve and served, assuring their safety, comprehending them and providing advocacy and support, securing their rights as mentioned by Hipaa and becoming skillful in electronic medical records.
As a Sales Consultant, customers were satisfied with my ability to consult and provide knowledge for their computer inquiries. As a team member I was able to facilitate an inmoriment for my coworkers and managers to provide excellent service for our customers.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Analyzed problems to puzzle solutions for customers and businesses. Example: comparing Quickbook’s Point of Sale software in a year longitudinal type of research. Typing skills of 40 wpm.
