Sarah Kaczmarek
Sarah brings a wealth of experience in sales and leadership to her role at DNAatWork.
Her career has encompassed diverse roles, including a credit union Branch Manager. After 10 years in banking and credit unions, she transitioned to staffing and recruiting, where she made the President’s Club, was consistently a top performer, and was known for her consultative approach. Prior to her current position, Sarah was in staffing for over 12 years.
At DNAatWork, Sarah initiates conversations with company leaders who are eager to establish a competitive edge. She helps them explore a clear pathway to achieving measurable gains in their critical KPIs by leveraging our unique solutions.
Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree from Bellevue University. Throughout her professional career, she has volunteered on multiple boards. She currently serves on the boards of directors for HRAM—Human Resources Association of the Midlands (her local chapter of SHRM), the Bennington Chamber of Commerce, and the OGA Booster Club.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, Lenny, and two teenage daughters. During the week, you will find her starting her day with 5 a.m. workouts, and she is up for drinking coffee any time of day.
