Joel Swickard is a dynamic leader who has rapidly ascended through the ranks at DNAatWork in Brandon, MS. Joining DNAatWork in August 2021 as a warehouse associate, Joel’s exceptional talent and dedication quickly propelled him to roles of increasing responsibility. From leading teams and overseeing warehouse operations to now managing DNAatWork’s entire transportation network, Joel consistently exceeds expectations.
A true embodiment of DNAatWork’s core values, Joel inspires and motivates those around him. His effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and unwavering commitment to overcoming challenges make him an invaluable asset to DNAatWork. Recognized for his outstanding contributions, Joel won consecutive Employee of the Year awards in 2022 and 2023, a testament to his champion mindset and exceptional work ethic.
Outside of work, Joel is deeply involved in his community. He is active in ministry and teaches Celebrate Recovery, a faith-based recovery program that supports former addicts. Joel is also a devoted family man, happily married to his wife, Kim, and the proud father of three children: Austin (19), Levi (8), and Olivia (2). His commitment to his family and community reflects the values he brings to his work daily.
